There was an offer on cult sports pack and also it showed buy now and start anytime...since I already have cult elite pack I thought i will buy and change start date to whenever I want...While buying cult sports pack it showed only one month from the date i was purchasing. I bought pack on Jun *th and start date i chose July * thinking I can change later like i can do with cult Elite.
But that was not the case so I raised many support ticket but I didn't get any response or acknowledgement from them.
Since i was not getting response with the ticket I raised via app, I sent mail also but it was also useless.
I gave one star rating for which company replied with apology and asked me to fill feedback form but same no response from almost * weeks.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
