I BOOKED A FLIGHT AI*** THROUGH MAKE MY TRIP FOR ** MAY ****. THE FLIGHT DIDNT OPERATE DUE TO COVID ** PANDEMIC. SO I CANCELLED THE FLIGHT AND RAISED REQUEST FOR REFUND. BUT SEVERAL TIME MY CLAIM GOT CANCELLED. I AM UNABLE TO RESCHEDULE THE FLIGHT. NOW I WANT TO GO HOME AND I AM NOT ABLE TO BOOK FLIGHT BECAUSE I NEITHER RECEIVED REFUND OR CREDIT VOUCHER.

I HAVE SUFFERED LOT OF DEPRESSION DUE TO LOSS OS MY HARD EARNED MONEY. I HAVE NO MORE MONEY TO STAY IN MUMBAI. I CAN STAYING IN MY FRIENDS HOUSE. I WILL WAIT FOR *-* DAYS MORE. BUT I DONT HAVE ANY MONEY TO STAY FURTHER.

AFTER WHICH I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM. ALSO I WILL FILE AN FIR AGAINST MMT FOR FRAUD.

PLEASE HELP ME GET REFUND OR PROVIDE ME CREDIT VOUCHER SO I CAN AGAIN BOOK FLIGHT AND GO HOME.
PLEASE HELP. I BEG YOU.
PREVIOUSLY I GOT MAIL THAT I CAN RESCHEDULE BUT OPTION STILL NOT AVAILABLE
