I had booked two tickets Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar by Air Asia Flight online using Makemytrip.com web site.Air Asia suspended the flight and informed me by email and advised to claim the refund if not interested to use the amount for future booking.Accordingly I requested to refund the amount. Afterwards it was told by Air Asia that the my claim has been sent to my agent ie.Makemytrip.com. All my efforts to receive my refund failed hence approaching the Forum with documentary evidence for resolution of my grievance against the company and get rid of mental agony and financial loss suffered by me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
