Amazon cash on delivery came and I made UPI payment of Rs.*** which was successful but agent said not recd by Amazon, I tried again and another Rs.*** payment done (amount deducted) but again agent said not recd. Similar situation happened in another order same evening for Rs.***.**. I called customer service they said settle both order in cash which I did but never recd my refund for * UPI transactions.
Now I approached bank for refund - they said Amazon has recd the UPI payments but Amazon says ask bank.I did RBI compliant against bank as well and they said Amazon should refund for those * UPI transactions as they are credited to merchant bank.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
