NoBroker com - Refund of the buyer plan

I had purchased a buyer plan by mistake and wanted to convert into a rental plan. The organization representatives assured me on call multiple times that if I buy the rental plan, I can get refund of the buyer plan since this was a mistake. However this will happen internally and they don't have a provision of converting the same. I have written communication in this regard where they have assured me to refund the amount of buyer plan in *-* working days. Now it has been more than that and they haven't come back or responding.
