This is a complaint against NoBroker Technologies for a series of fraudulent misrepresentations and unfair trade practices during my relocation from Hyderabad to Shamli. *. Fraudulent "Managed" Service: NoBroker sold the service claiming it was "completely managed by NoBroker." In reality, they outsourced the work to a local third-party vendor with zero oversight, leading to the subsequent issues. *. Violation of Agreed Payment Terms: The legally binding agreement was to pay **% at pickup and **% at delivery. However, at pickup, I was coerced into paying ***% of the balance immediately. They held my goods hostage and refused to move them unless I bypassed the agreed terms. *. Box-Size Fraud & Extortion: NoBroker promised standard boxes of $** \times ** \times **$ inches. Instead, the vendor provided significantly smaller boxes. They used this self-created "volume increase" to extort an additional ₹**** from me beyond the fixed quote of ₹****. *. Breach of Dedicated Vehicle Promise: I paid for a separate and dedicated vehicle. This promise was violated, as my goods were moved in a shared load, increasing the risk of damage and causing delays. *. Breach of Delivery Timeline: A *–* day delivery was guaranteed. This timeline has been breached, and my goods have not reached Shamli within the promised period, causing significant hardship. *. Fraudulent Tracking Claims: NoBroker promised that tracking would be managed directly through their platform/end. In reality, they had no tracking system of their own. I was forced to deal with the local vendor who provided the tracking link, further proving that NoBroker was not managing the service as promised. Chronology of Evidence: I possess call recordings from March *th where the specific terms (size of the boxes, split payments on pickup and delivery, separate load, everything managed by NoBroker with no involvement of local vendor) were confirmed. I also have recordings from the last * days where NoBroker support admits these terms were breached and that the fault lies with their management. These recordings will be produced as primary evidence during the hearing. Admission of Fault: I have been in contact with NoBroker support for one week. Their representatives have explicitly admitted on recorded calls that these were mistakes on their part. Despite this admission, they have provided no refund or resolution. Relief Sought :I am claiming a full refund of the total amount paid (approx. ₹****) including the extortionate ₹****, plus compensation for mental agony and delay, as the service provided was entirely different from the service contracted.
