I planned to sell my property through Nobroker seller money back program. After ** days there has to be refund as per the plan. But I didnt get the refund. Assigned RM is also responding. I am calling the customer care daily but they are saying techical issue since * months back. Mentioning below the details of refund.
Refund Conditions:
Buyer from Other Sources: If you find a buyer from any source other than NoBroker, simply submit a picture of the Sale Deed/Sale Agreement to our WhatsApp number or email (hello@nobroker.in) then we will refund the money.
No Sale within ** Days: If you are unable to finalize a buyer through NoBroker within ** days, your money will be refunded.
Plan Details:
Plan Amount: ₹**,***-**% = ₹**,***(inclusive of taxes).
Refundable Amount: ₹**,*** will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Amount: ₹*,***will be deducted if the property is sold through an external source or if it is not sold within ** days.
