Nobroker Com - Nobroker is not refunding entire token amount for unattended service

We make token payment of * lakh for a property on **th July **** on the confirmation from Nobroker Sales Manager that the seller has accepted the deal. He said that post payment the seller contact details and property documents would be shared for legal verification and incase of any issue entire token amount would be refunded as part of refund policy. But more than * week the seller details were not shared and property was not removed from the app. After a long struggle from my end, it got removed and got seller contact number. On checking with seller we got to know that he did not accept the deal at the first place as he is looking for better offers through other brokage parties. Immediately we highlighted to Nobroker team and asked for entire * lakh refund as it was a humbug deal manipulated by sales manager. From then on, the sales manager was not reachable, and his team was not responding properly. we waited for more than * month to get the refund trigger that too **% (**,***/-) of the token was refunded. Despite making multiple calls and mailing every day there is no proper response. Every ticket raised on this is getting automatically closed with no actions.
We need the remaining token amount of **,***/- to be refunded along with the interest for holding unnecessarily for * months with no service done. The entire nobroker team is very unprofessional and it is a clear forgery.
They simply don't attend my calls and avoid emails. Even the mails and tweets to CEO and NobrokerCare is unresponsive.
Continuous follow up is giving me mental distress. Please help in getting my hard-earned money back along with interest.
