Nobroker Com - Non Disclosure of terms and delaying refund of token

I have negotiated a property deal listed in this email chain through your team.
During initial discussions, I was assured that all services would be free to me since the seller had purchased a plan. I clearly stated that I did not require any services, and was assured that no charges would apply. However, the service fee clause was hidden and only disclosed later in the MOU, after payment.
In the negotiation meeting (with the seller and your team present), I requested two days to check loan eligibility before going further, and the seller agreed. Despite this, your team repeatedly called me (five times) creating urgency, stating the property was “prime” and might be blocked. Under this pressure, I paid ₹*,**,*** in two installments on **/**/****.
A day after payment, I was sent an MOU containing undisclosed terms (service fee, token sharing, personal backout clauses and delays). These were never communicated before payment, so I did not sign the MOU.
After consulting with my bank, I realized I could not secure the required loan. I requested a refund, but your team refused, citing “personal inability to procure funds” as not being a loan problem. This contradicts the refund policy email, which clearly stated: “In the event of any loan problems, the paid amount will be fully refunded without deductions.”
Further, even after token payment, your team continued calling my family members about their interest to visit the same property, proving that the urgency created to force payment was misleading.
