My booking id is *********
I did a reservation for today and tomorrow which means * nights stay
I did my reservation@country inn Panjim
On the date of my checkin I got to know from hotels manager that my reservation is cancelled and agoda already knows about it .
It’s sheer disappointment on my part to look for a hotel at the last moment that too at inflated prices .I had to book a hotel at triple the price which is very much frustrating.
Request you to please look into the matter and investigate the reason for not intimating me .
Also please let me know how are you compensating me for the loss which I had to bear my investing triple amount of money in order to stay at other location.
Looking forward for your reward at the earliest
