I have asked agoda for refund regarding a hotel that I stayed at ,it is called hotel sunrise.we booked for two nights.the facilities in the hotel were bad so we decided to leave the next day but we weren't given refund .we contacted the agoda customer care agents but none of them did anything.one agents told us they were going to contact the hotel and get back to us but they didn't another one cut the call we were on.we checked out now ,can help us get some of our money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
