I were booked the property namely Hotel Trivenni Inn , Mathura , for * may ** to ** May **. My booking Id was **********, Due to personal problems I have canceled the booking on ** March **** . The booking is canceled by agoda but the payment is not refunded.
Hotel Triveni has policy is to refund the payment after minimum deduction, then why Agoda not refunded the same.
This is very CHEATING with the Customer.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
