Agoda - Money not refunded

I am really struggling to get the money refunded from Agoda as they are only telling me to wait and not giving any deadline.
Akasa airlines had the flight cancellation ( they informed to Agoda Travel agent but they did not pass the information to me). Due to which I had to go thru a lot , booked new flight at * times the cost of original fare. As per the discussions which I had with Akasa , cancellation was immediately processed but due to unprofessional behaviour of Agoda and their travel partner , I am still not getting a proper response from their side and they are telling me to wait for *-* months as per their mail.

Agoda – Room not allotted forced to pay bombshell price for different booking Closed
Hotel dint allot us room . Owner and Hotel staff left hotel when we pursued strongly for getting room. Our money is stuck between Agoda and Hotel. Lately we had to book room in different place with bombshell price.
