Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Refund of flight tickets not processed

I have tried all possible ways to get intouch with my cancellation amount which was already refunded by the airlines in May **** for a ticket booked for April ****, which was eventually cancelled by airlines due to covid. But MMT has still not refunded or has any update on the same. And their link which they have proudly given in all the repsonses "https://supportz.makemytrip.com/Mima/BookingSummary/" doesn't do anything.I can't raise any refund request nor there is any human support. I have mailed them, I received no response. And thier automatic response machine goes in loop without actually going to the link where I am supposed to raise the refund request. How am I supposed to get the refund when they have cleverly blocked all the ways?
