Cleartrip - Refund of flight cancelled in COVID

My flight was cancelled due to lockdown in April ****. After talking to airline (Indigo), they said that they had refunded full amount of Rs. **** and one of the customer executive of Cleartrip also checked and confirmed the same. However, even after writing ***+ mails to Cleartrip in past * months, I have received only Rs. **** from them. They have deducted Rs. **** in the name of cancellation charge. I didnt cancel this flight and it is even mentioned on the ticket that in case of cancellation Rs. *** will be charged but in this case when I didnt cancelled my flight, they have charged Rs. **** from me stating that it was round trip and only * leg of my trip was cancelled.

I have atleast written *** mails to them, and from past * month, there is no response on the mail either. I am attaching the one of the email conversation for the same. Please note that even before this, I had contact them multiple time and after various reminders, I get Rs. **** from Cleartrip. The customer executive take long time to respond on the mail and most of the time they just copy paste the previous conversation. They take the advantage of the situation and harass the customer.
