Byjus - Refund of Down payment Enrolment of Gitansh Goel ID

I have booked Byjus class for my son Gitansh Goel as per the Virtual Class and communication by Byjus Staff (Mr. Kamal ) that if any time you are not satisfy with company product you can cancel and leave Byjus. Further we have to make down payment of Rs. *****/- rest amount in installments afterwards.
However as and when we make down payment, Byjus team informed that we have to process for Loan means Byjus will get full amount in advance and we have to pay loan installment. I have immediately cancel the class and requested for refund of down payment.
I have raised captioned refund request of down payment of Master Gitansh Goel enrolment vide Pyt ref. No. BPTM********* for Rs. *****/- dt. **/**/****. But till date I have not received any refund from your side.
