This is to inform that the undersigned had booked a flight through your ClearTrip mobile app in March **** and the Trip Details are as follows:
Varanasi -> Mumbai (T*)Vistara, UK-*** Trip ID: ************PNR: WS*EMG* Apr ****, **:** - **:**
It is evident that due to COVID ** Pandemic and complete lockdown in the country, the flight was cancelled and the passengers could not travel.
Till date there has been no response from ClearTrip and on contacting the Vistara Customer Care Executives, it has been informed that a complete refund request has been initiated from their end, but the same has not been recieved by the undersigned yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
