I had done a hotel booking through Make My Trip (NH*************) on **th Nov **** for Kasauli location. The date of check in was **th Nov ****. But same day around ** PM I received a sms from my credit card customer care that the payment towards above booking has been declined. Hence I cancelled the said booking on **th Nov morning.
Now on **th November morning I made a fresh booking through Make My Trip for **th Nov at Kasauli location (NH*************).
Later on when I confirmed from the credit card customer care I came to know that payment made towards booking NH************* was successful.
Now I requested (Ref no ******-******) Make My Trip to refund the amount against the booking NH************* as I had not availed the service and cancelled the booking well in time. I was ready to pay some nominal charges towards cancellation but they had forfeited the entire money. This is a cheating with the customer. Why would anybody book two hotels for a same day and same location.
Kindly help me refund of my hard earned money.
