I had booked flight from Allahabad to mumbai for ** Nov ** with cleartrip. I had received e-ticket and PNR number., however I received a mail from cleartrip that some changes were made on my ticket and on confirming the status of my ticket from air India, airline informed that the ticket number/pnr is not valid .. may be due to some payment issue from booking site.
Thereafter I received a mail from cleartrip stating that full amount refund will be initiated.
However a month back I received a payment of Rs **** only, deducting cancellation and processing fee.
I have mailed cleartrip several times, but no response or call from there side.
I have mail from cleartrip stating full refund will be processed and deducted amount credited to my account.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
