This is further to my PNR number L*ZV*S booked for Mumbai to New Delhi booked on **th July **** with GoAir Airlines
I had booked this flight no. G*-*** for **st Aug **** at * pm departure for Delhi from Mumbai.
I recieved a SMS on **th July at **:** am that my PNR is now scheduled for travel on flight no. G* - *** on *st Aug **** at *:** am.
Again on **th July ****, I get a SMS at **:** pm that my PNR is now scheduled to travel on flight no. G* - *** on *nd Aug **** at *:** am.
Since I had to be in Delhi on *st Aug in the morning by ** am for an IMPORTANT prior engagement and GO AIR could not take me & my family there on time, therefore, I sent a mail to them on **th July itself against which through their automated reply got a complaint number G*-********. Before sending the mail for FULL refund, I tried their Call center numbers multiple times, but either they did not connect or LONG wait to talk to the Agents - which eventually never happened after waiting for ** minutes.
Their call center is also pathetic with nobody taking the calls for requesting for FULL REFUND, ONLY IVR gets connected which offers no solution to the problem.
After sending the mail, I booked my flight on Air India for **st July **** at * pm.
Request you to help me get back my refund my FULL AMOUNT of Rs. **,***/- urgently..
Thus I have no option but to write a mail.
