GoAir Airlines - Doesn t want to refund money back

I had booked flight tickets for **rd August **** from Delhi to LEH with GoAir flight no G*-*** and **th August with MAKEMYTRIP, flight no G*-*** with booking reference no NF************** and PNR NO Q*PBVW before the outbreak of Corona pandemic. From *st week of June I am requesting both MAKEMYTRIP and GOAIR to cancel my tickets and initiate refund of full ticket price, due to current worsening situation of COVID** throughout the country. I don’t want to travel in scenario. But till date I have neither been contacted nor notified about what is being done about my request.
I had called the customer care last week to ask about my refund and now they refused to return my money back,they had offered me to travel in the next year with this ticket value.But in this pandemic situation i don't want to go anywhere and i am requesting you to refund my money as soon as possible.
