GoAir Airlines - Non refund of money even after cancellations of flight by airline

It has been a pandemic all around globe. People are suffering for food, shelter, medical aid, etc. But some people in this world are eager to earn from the backdrop of hard earned money of general public. I too had booked tickets for visiting native to see old parents after a long time. All plan was set, suddenly * emails dropped and message that flight got cancelled due to unavoidable situation. In order to replan tried calling airline and agent but due to long waiting calls help section was observed in flipkart who is the agent, mentioned that in case of cancellations of flight booking to be cancelled and refund will be processed. So in hurry, cancellations action with proper drop down reason for Airline cancelled flight options was selected and alas refund was processed for *** rs only out of *****. Now airline is telling the refund should have been initiated after confirmation only to get full refund or elese you full charges will be applicable.infact the information was not available in the email/mAIL. even flipkart also raised their hand for refund and making me dance like puppet.
