GoAir Airlines - Refund for flight booking PNR CEHDJE

Stranded with my family in Bangalore since the COVID-** lockdown my flight was scheduled for *th June ****. I have come to know that the flight is cancelled and I am not able to reach the customer care.
My family is travelling with me my father, mother, wife and we are stranded because of GoAir's carelessness now I want a full refund for my flight booking otherwise I am never again be flying GoAir and will warn all the people in my circle on all social media platforms about my terrible experiences with GoAir. During such a terrible lockdown when every penny counts I don't need a credit shell I want a full refund, its urgent and important.
