Tushar Pabbi filed complaint against GoAir Airlines on Dec 18, 2020
My PNR- DBNI*K, I was supposed to travel from Bengaluru to Lucknow in the month of april, but due to Covid-** encorced lockdown my flight was cancelled and the amount was converted into a credit shell, which they say can be used within an year, but I have asked them to refund me the booking amount as I dont have any plans to travel for the forseeable future in the wake of Covid-**. So please help me with this and have me get my refund from them.
