I booked three tickets from Kolkata to Bangalore through Goibibo app on **st January, ****, Which got rescheduled automatically on *st February at **:** PM. These rescheduled tickets were not per our convenient time so we called the airline as well as goibibo customer support and accordingly cancelled them hoping for full refund (assured by them). I was supposed to get a refund by **th January which is today but in the app they are showing same status as before plus no time range. I tried to call goibibo customer support which *stly was unavailable for long time and *ndly not getting directed to any executive and suddenly I got a response on WhatsApp that there is no cancellation applicable on my booking.
Again I called the airline company to ensure if it is their fault but they said they already have refunded the amount and I should contact the *rd party. Then i tried contacting makemytrip which owned goibibo a few years back but nothing fruitful happened. No customer care number leads to their executive.
Desperately waiting to hear from you.
