EASE MY TRIP - refund not recieved of cancelled flight

Subject: Regarding Refund of cancelled flight

Dear Sir
* have booked an AIR INDIA flight from Toronto YYZ to New Delhi through EASE MY TRIP vide PNR no. JGGSD. The flight was scheduled for **.**.
Before the scheduled date the flight was cancelled by the airline and option was given to passengers either to change date or to cancel the ticket and get the full refund.
I opted full refund option and cancelled the ticket.
I have paid *****/ for the tickets. After repeated calls and follow up with EASE MY TRIP, I only got a partial refund of *****/. The shortfall of *****/ was left as balance and I was assured to get the same in few days.
Now * months have been passed since I cancelled the ticket and I am still pushing for a refund.
I have called AIR INDIA and they told me that the full refund was disbursed to EASE MY TRIP vide case ID ********. I am stuck between the two.
I request you to kindly help me in this matter and direct the EMT to refund the balance amount of *****/
