Policybazaar - Refund Not Recieved Mdiclaim cancel proceeds

My Policy was cancelled at the very same day of initiation of poilcy due to a clerical mistake at policy bazar agent. The moeny was due to be credited on the very same day back to the same mode of payment. The incident took place in Feb ****, i have complained several times in toll free numbers of policy bazar, but they keep saying that the amount has been refunded to the same mode of payment, but no money has been recieved in my bank account at all.
this is not correct on part of policy bazar. its been almost one year.
