Ajio - Refund not recieved from ajio

Subject: Refund Not Received from AJIO After Product Return

Complaint:

I placed an order on the AJIO app (Order ID: [FN**********]) and returned the item as per their return policy. The return was picked up on [*th april], and I was assured the refund would be processed within *–** business days.

However, it has now been over [* days] and I still haven’t received my refund and in app it is showing that my money has been credited when it is actually not. I’ve contacted AJIO customer care multiple times via phone and email, but each time I’ve only received generic responses with no resolution. This has caused unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience.

It is extremely disappointing that a reputed brand like AJIO under Reliance Retail is showing such negligence in handling customer refunds. I request immediate action and refund of the amount of ₹*** to my bank account

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through legal and consumer protection channels.
