Goibbo - Refund not received

I booked a flight through goibibo for Bangalore to Kolkata dated **th July. I also availed additional service as seat selection via goibibo.

The flight was cancelled by the airline and the full amount was refunded by them to goibibo. Then I called goibibo and asked for a return. But goibibo said they are only returning the amount for the flight booking and not the amount for booking the seats. To mention, both amount was refunded by the airline already.

Now I even can't call their customer service as it seems they don't entertain your queries if you don't have a future booking with them.

Please solve this as soon as possible.
