Deep shikha filed complaint against Myntra Company on Jun 14, 2020
I ordered nike women blue running shoes at my hometown Yamunanagar haryana and I received wrong shoes on *nd june.The shoe was totally different in terms of size color and design I asked for return and they picked up my order on *rd June. I asked for refund and till now I did not get any refund
Customer care is not responding. I asked for call back but I got only * calls and they asked me to wait for ** hrs every time. I raised a ticket but they closed it.
Please help me in getting refund.
