Myntra Company - Refund request for wrong different item

I've placed for an order for PUMA Men Navy blue G. Vilas IDP Shoe of size **UK on ** June and to my surprise received an used Men Fila Black shoe of Size *UK on ** June. I've immediately requested for return stating that ive received a wrong / different product; and the pickup boy has put my request on hold asking me to contact customer service team. Their customer service team took my complaint and asked me to wait for ** hours; and resolved the issue in ** hours stating - " the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check. Hence, your claim has been declined."

Im trying to reach out to their customer service team and requesting for a call back and the team was of no help. I'm at complete loss here. I paid the penalty for their poor quality check, poor investigation and poorest customer service ever. They're doing fraud with their customers and enjoying with our hard earned money.
