I ordered a "Vishudh Women Teal & Gold-Toned Self Design Kurta with Trousers" pertaining to the order number *******-*******-*******, on **th june ****, the ordered has been delivered on **th june ****, but received only trouser in packet, kurta was missing.
This is regarding a missing product for which I have lodged complaint on **th june, *st july, & *th july ****
After that I've been calling everyday and getting the same reply from your customer service executives to wait for ** hours or you will get update soon.
On each call I get the reply that team is still working on the issue and it will be resolved as soon as possible. also i had provide them images of product, barcode and tag images. ** days have passed and still there is no progress in the matter.
Neither the delivery agent nor the customer service executive has given a satisfactory response as to why this hasn't been delivered. Moreover , in a really irresponsible manner , he has brushed off my complaint saying that they were not responsible for the missing item. Who else is responsible, I would like to ask. This kind of passing the buck attitude is not what we have come to associate Myntra with and this , therefore is totally unacceptable .
Kindly provide proper solution to the issue so that I don't have to waste my precious time talking to your customer executives.
