Myntra Company - Product returned but refund not done

The product delivered was sub standard so immediate refund was posted without even opening the product fully, next day the Myntra pick up boy came checked and collected the refund packet, but after sometime they say that the price tag is missing, which was not at our end, but they refused refund and were forceful in delivering back the product which we refused now we will file consumer complaint thereby intimating the Myntra Fraud to general public’s through electronic and print media !!
