Planned Ooty trip through makemytrip. They cheated me by changing the tour plan and not covered the all sightseeings. After escalating to there customer service, they agreed to give me a refund of Rs. **** (Rs. **** to my credit card and Rs. **** to MakeMyTrip wallet) for a particular sightseeing. We have mutually agreed for this refund amount. Now it is more then * months and still I didn't receive the refund amount. Every time I call them, they make excuses and promise to call me back with details but it didn't happen. Still didn't get my refund amount from them.
