Dear Team,
I booked a bus ticket through the RedBus app for travel from Chennai (Perungudi) to Madurai with Ratham Travels on **th January at **:** PM.
Live tracking was available for the bus, and upon contacting the bus conductor, I was informed that the bus had broken down. I was also assured that the refund would be processed at the earliest.
However, despite this assurance, I have not yet received the refund. I raised this concern through the Help section of the RedBus app, but I have not received a proper response so far.
I kindly request you to look into this issue and provide an update on the refund status at the earliest.
