I booked a package with mmt for Vietnam with number NL************* and our hotel in Hanoi was not present and was a fraud where mmt asked me to take another hotel and they will reimburse me for the same.
Till now no update on refunds I have received from almost a month and have shared the bill details as well with them
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
