Ducasse filed complaint against Redbus on Apr 28, 2019
My transaction failed but the money went conveniently into their "wallet." Now they wouldn't give me the money back saying I chose that. I wouldn't have chosen that if they had made it clear that it would forever be stuck in that. Fraudsters!
If our country had stronger consumer protection laws like ACCC these people would be paying millions of dollars in fine and wouldn't be tricking money out of their customers like this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
