OYO - Refund not received

Taniya Roy filed complaint against OYO on Jan 4, 2023

I had booked a hotel in Varanasi for *st Dec, ****- **th Dec, **** (booking ID: **ZC****)

I had prepaid in advance an amount of Rs. **** to confirm the booking.

I was still denied check in to the hotel and was informed at the last moment. I had already raised a complaint, but even the OYO executive could not find a room for replacement.

My booking got cancelled. I was promised a refund of Rs. **** (refer to attached screenshot)

It has been over a month. I have still not received my refund.

I have tried reaching them multiple times but no response.
