Samsung - Refund not received

I placed an order( order #***********) for samsung M** model mobile phone on samsung shop app, on june **th,****. I was supposed to receive the product on july * but since i didnt receive it,i called up customer care and they took it as a complaint mentioning they will action on it within ** hours. But no response.

Later on i received an email stating that my order got cancelled and refund would be provided. Till now no action has been taken. When will i receive my refund? Why is samsung so lethargic in providing proper service? Its already end of july and i am still gettin reply on email stating i will have to wait * to ** business days. Its so very frustrating to do so many follow ups and Still end up with no proper response from your end.
