I have not received the refund from clear trip as airline already processed the refund to cleartrip on trip id ************ cleartrip is saying that they have already processed the refund on customer original mode of payment on ** feb it has been * month i have not received the refund as my bank requested for payment Arn no but with several mail & telephone request the not given the Arn no now the are not taking phone call also please help me out to ger my refund back
