We booked our flight through Go air. Due to covid lockdown our flight was cancelled and refund was initiated a month ago. The flight was booked through cleartrip so the refund has been sent to cleartrip instead of reaching us directly. Now the cleartrip has been keeping us hung by a thread for weeks, telling us that refund has benn initiated but when we ask for the trasaction id they refuse to provide any and ask us to wait ** hrs. it has been more than a month and they are not taking it seriously at all.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
