We booked a car on **rd Dec **** and we cancelled it next day due to *** imposement in karnataka. However we booked it again ok **th Dec **** this time it was cancelled from Zoomcar end due to technical issue..my issue is that I didn't get refund fir both the cancellation yet..₹**** and ₹****... It sucks there is no proper customer care ti complaint about this....I demand my refund asap... I am not ready to pay for the service which hasn't been used. Mentally broken as I have to pay my cc bill **.*k for which I didn't use anything and everyone is scolding ne at house for choosing Zoomcar
