Ease my trip - Refund not received

Greetings,
Your services are being a pain for me now.
I will explain everything in detail so kindly refer the following points.
*) I booked a flight for **th Jan **** from Jaipur to Bangalore but it was cancelled from your end on **th Jan ****.
*) The refund request was raised by me on **st Jan **** through the EMT APP and I was supposed to get the refund within *-* business days but till date I haven't received it.

*) I called you CUSTOMER SUPPORT several times and as asked by them I checked with my bank as well and the bank has requested some details from your end ( please refer to the attachment).
