Hi
I had booked tickets using the cleartrip portal on **th Feb ****, for Rs.*****.
Details:
Trip ID: ************ and ************
As per the DGCA guidlines tickets were cancelled and the refund was initiated by the airlines, we did receive an email confirming the refund has been processed, however we haven't received the refund as yet in my bank account.
And every time i try contacting them thru their support portal, I receive an email informing that the refund has been processed, however they do not share any specific transaction number related to the same.
They seem like to be the worst portal ever, fraudsters.
It has been * months now and I have not recieved any refund whatsoever. Please if anyone of you cleartrip reps are reading this, please ensure the refund gets processed otherwise i will ensure that i report you fraudsters to every portal available on internet.
