The company told me that the refund was provided on *th July, ****. I kept taking follow up a gazillion times and they kept insisting me to check with the bank as the bank had provided the ARN number, and ClearTrip kept refusing me to provide any further help until I get a statement from the bank that they have not received the money. After spending a lot of my time and effort with the bank, and multiple follow-ups, I got a response from Bank of Baroda that ---------------------------- Dear Cardholder, In reference to your trail mail, we would like to inform you that the transaction of Rs.**** /- dated **-**-**** for merchant "CLEARTRIP" was not reported within stipulated timeframe as per MITC & also is out of chargeback timeframe hence we shall be unable to register dispute for the same. Hence, we request you to take up the matter with the merchant for refund of the mentioned transaction. Regards, Chandrakant P Dispute Team BOB Financial Solutions Ltd ---------------------------- I would like to raise the complaint to get a componsation from ClearTrip for wasting my more than a month on going through something which was not needed at all.
