I had booked a flight from Delhi to Dehradun for **th April which was cancelled due to the lockdown period going on. I had paid using the my cash wallet of MakeMyTrip. As per government directive, the full refund was to be issued to everyone. Refund was processed by the airline to MakeMyTrip. I got the amount in my my cash wallet and they day I got my refund back they made that amount invalid. Saying that it has expired.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
