Lijo Varghese filed complaint against Redbus on Jul 20, 2019
My bus ticket was cancelled by the operator on **th June. Also, I got a cancellation invoice from them. So I waited for more than * working days and contacted Redbus. They told It's under process. I contacted them many times and after * weeks they told they did a refund of Rs. *** (though it is not the right refund amount) which I have not received yet. Please help me to file a complaint against holding my money.
