Byjus - Refund Not Received From Byjus

I have subscribed the Byjus classes for my son on **st October, ****. They assured classes would be available at so and so time but, after enrollment they confirmed that classes were not available at requested time. As classes were not available at my convenient time, I requested them to cancel my subscription and refund the paid amount on *st November, ****. As per their initial communication, they would refund the full amount if order is cancelled within **days. In my case, they have cancelled my subscription but, not refunded the amount. I am waiting for refund for more than * months now with no luck.
