Goibibo India Private Limited - Refund not received for flight cancellation

I booked the flight from Goibibo * month ago and they showed me a connecting flight from Delhi to Bangalore i.e Delhi to Hyderabad (SpiceJet - *:** pm on **th April) and Hyderabad to Bangalore (Air India - *:** am on **th April). When I reached the airport then SpiceJet confirmed that their flight is running at **:** instead of *:** pm. They have told the same to all the booking websites but Goibibo didn't update and showed me wrong itinerary due to which I have to miss SpiceJet as well as Air India flight that day.
SpiceJet agreed to pay full refund and same has been transferred to me but Air India applied cancellation charges. I asked Goibibo team to process my refund but they are not processing. I already registered a complaint with Goibibo with the request no ********. But it's still open with their customer delight team and they are not responding to me. I have made several calls and mailed them a number of times but didn't receive anything. Its been more than * month now and I still didn't get the refund for Air India Flight.
Whenever I call Goibibo support then first support team tell that this issue is with customer delight team so they will get back. They told that they can't even cancel at their end and process the refund amount as this case is pending with customer delight team. I'm frustrated now as there is nobody to help me from Goibibo. Please help me out and help me in processing my refund.
