I booked * room at Hyderabad from
**.**.** to **.**.** for * day through
OYO ROOMS APP by paying Rs.****/-.
At the time of booking, I gave my GST
particulars for issue of GST bill. As per their website, I noted that the gst bill will be given through online only after check-out of the room. The same has been confirmed by the Room Management at the time of checkout. I have booked room on official purpose and gst bill is to be produced for reimbursement. Now when I contacted cus-tomer care department of OYO Rooms, thru phone, mail & chat Box, they are expressing inability to supply gst bill and approved Rs.***/- refund towards gst collected. My problem is if they have informed me at the time of booking itself about their inability to issue gst bill, I would have stayed in another hotel. I will not get reimbursed with Rs.****/-, unless I produce gst bill. So I have to incurr a loss of Rs.****/- if they refund me Rs.***/- and does not provide Gst bill. Actually they are looting away public money in the guise of gst. Because last year also I faced same experience with these people. After check-out, they told me that gst bill can't be issued as total invoice value is less than Rs.****/-. At that time it was my personal trip. That is why I kept quiet. They are collecting towards gst
from customers and not paying to Government.
BUT NOW THEY HAVE NOT EVEN REFUNDED THIS AMOUNT OF RS.***/- ALSO TILL TODAY, as agreed by them. I have sent number of mails. Each time a new person calls me and tells that I will get the refund in *-** working days. But no use. My chain of emails is enclosed for your ready reference.
